Ballet Day Camp is for children ages 3 to 7 years of age. Join us for our summer intensive especially intended for little ones who love to dance! Little to no dance experience is required, our Creative Movement Program is centered around improving spatial awareness, balance, coordination skills, memorization skills, musical awareness, stretching and socializing all while creating art and getting some exercise. The Creative Movement Program will help establish discipline in a classroom setting, allowing your little one to grow in a fun and creative environment.
Our daily Itinerary will continue as follows:
Dancers may arrive 5-10 minutes early, so they may use the restroom and check-in with their parent/guardian. At 10 AM the first class of the day will begin! Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and observe class via our online observation portal. Parents must be available to help with restroom breaks or for any behavioral/emotional support. After class, at approximately 10:45 AM, we will have a short lunch break (bring your own lunch and spill-proof water bottle with water inside, only). We will watch a short video in coordination with our theme of the day; Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and Alice in Wonderland. After lunch is cleaned up we will work on our arts and crafts, decorating a pointe shoe is included, while we finish learning about our ballet story of the day! When we are finished, we will suggest restroom breaks before going into our final class of the day, Choreography class! Dancers will learn steps to a song from the ballet story we watched and then we will dismiss for the day at 12:00 PM.
On our last day, Thursday, June 18th friends and family are welcome to attend a free short performance to see the beautiful work your dancers have created at Ballet Day Camp! Performance Time is 11:15 AM.
Everyone must be potty trained to attend.
All students must check-in and check-out on time each day and have a parent/guardian available for restroom breaks.
Deposits for Ballet Day Camp begin May 1st and final deposits are due on or before June 1st.
$200.00 is due before June 1st 2026.
Bring your own lunch & spill proof water bottles, with water inside only!
Must wear dance clothing:
Girls: tights, leotards (any colors), canvas or leather ballet slippers and hair in a bun.
Boys: shorts, t-shirts (any colors), canvas or leather ballet slippers with socks and hair neatly out of the face.
Non RBA students are welcome to bundle and save! If you enjoyed the camp, ask for information on joining weekly ballet classes! You may be eligible for a discount on registration!
